This flat, situated on the first floor of an ancient palace, even very central, is very quiet.From the nice windows of the lounge you can get a gorgeous view over the charming Via del Governo Vecchio, which will allow you to dip into the characteristic roman atmosphere. It is composed of a nice hall-way leading to the bright living room and from where a short flight of stairs opens into the second floor with the two double bedrooms endowed with a characteristic wooden beam ceiling and the useful cupboards and into the bathroom with its relaxing cabin shower. The independent kitchen is perfectly equipped. Which better compromise of conveniency and centrality would you look at to greatly succeed your roman vacation?

Location and public transportation:

Ideally located in the very heart centre, a few steps away from the magnificent Piazza Navona with its marvelous fountains by Bernini and the astonishing Sant'Agnese in Agone Church created by Borromini; walking into the direction of the Pantheon, we can admire the famous paintings by Caravaggio in the Sant'Agostino and San Luigi dei Francesi churches. Should we desire tasting an aperitif at Campo de'Fiori, the cool area of the Capital, we can reach it walking for a few more steps, and why do not profit of the closeness of the magnificent Piazza Farnese with its famous palace designed by the genius of the Renaissance whose name is Michelangelo Buonarroti? The world known Steps of Piazza di Spagna are as well in the neighbourhoods and the promenade is much more pleasant running along Via Condotti and Via Frattina with the famous tailor and jeweller shops.

From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini; from Fiumicino airport, the train until Termini railway station where catching either the buses number 64 or 40 until the stop of Piazza della Chiesa Nuova. Five more minutes by walking are necessary to reach the apartment at via del Governo Vecchio.
