This charming apartment up to six guests, newly entirely renovated, is located in the heart of ancient Rome, in the lively Esquilino quarter. The flat is situated on the fifth floor of a nice palace served by a convenient lift. This apartment, placed at a few minutes walk from the Roman monuments, give particular attention to details and modern comforts.
This lovely flat features a wide double bedroom with king size bed and capacious wardrobe, a double bedroom with two single beds, a convenient fully equipped kitchen, a wide living room endowed with double sofa bed and a dining table for six persons offering the opportunity to savour unforgettable roman meals in a suggestive atmosphere. The bathroom with cabin shower allow to relax after the exhausting visits to the roman monuments. The apartment is characterised is equipped with heating, television and washing machine. Thus, it is difficult to imagine a much more convenient accommodation for the ideal roman vacation after the stay in this apartment.

Location and public transportation:

The splendid Santa Maria Maggiore Basilique and Piazza della Repubblica with its enchanting fountain and the striking church of Santa Maria degli Angeli are at a short walking distance. The convenient Termini railway stop of the subway A allows, in a few stops, to get the main itineraries as Piazza Barberini, Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo. Moreover, the near subway B leads rapidly to Colosseo and Foro Romano.

From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini; from Fiumicino airport, the train until Termini railway station where catching the bus number 105 for 1 stops until the stop of Farini. A short pleasant promenade will allow to easily reach the apartment at Via Carlo Alberto.
