It can comfortably accomodate up to six people and features a spacious landscaped terrace overlooking the Tiber river, the Prati District, Monte Mario and the city center, with fabulous sunsets. This stylish home provides the perfect roman holiday retreat with a charming entry-hallway a spacious, bright, elegantly decorated living room with a romantic fireplace and a useful big sofa. The ensuite master bedroom has a double bed and a capacious walk-in closet. The second bedroom has four single beds that can be joined if required. The separate, fully equipped kitchen has access to the living room throught a stylish sliding door and to an additional small balcony. The master ensuite bathroom features a huge shower made of marble, the second bathroom a cabin. Location and public transportation:

Ideally located in the elegant Flaminio district, it is rightly served by the public transportation. Running along the closest main road, Via Flaminia, and catching the convenient tramway towards Piazza del Popolo, you can get the subway A at the Piazzale Flaminio stop, into the direction of the main itineraries as Piazza di Spagna and the nearby Via Condotti and Via Frattina with the famous tailor and jeweller shops, Piazza Barberini and Via Veneto, set of the famous movie "Dolce Vita" by Federico Fellini.

From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini; from Fiumicino airport, the train until Termini railway station where catching the subway A into the Battistini direction, for 4 stops and get down at Piazzale Flaminio.Take the tramway number 2 leading to Piazza Mancini and get down at Piazzale Belle Arti; walk for three hundred meters until Lungotevere Flaminio.
