Location and public transportation:

These double apartments have been constructed inside the ancient Mulino Pantanella of Rome in Via Casilina 3U,itself subject to a careful archaeological renovation being situated only a few meters from Porta Maggiore,near the Basilica di Santa Croce in Gerusalemme and the Basilica di San Giovanni.Termini Railway Station is only one kilometre away and 10 minutes by foot from the University,the Policlinico Umberto I and San Lorenzo,the trendy quarter of Rome for lively evenings in between restaurants,pubs and live music.At a short bus distance or through a 10 minutes pleasant promenade,the stop of the metro A Termini station allows to easily reach with a rapid trip the main tourist itineraries;Piazza Barberini:5 minutes,Spanish Steps:10 minutes,Piazza del Popolo:15 minutes,the archaeological area (Colosseum and Roman Forum):15 minutes.

From Ciampino Airport take the shuttle until Termini;from Fiumicino airport,the train until Termini Railway Station and catch the number 14 bus (in the direction of Togliatti) which passes every 12 minutes or the 15 bus (in the direction of Gerani) which passes every 7 minutes and get off at Piazza Porta Maggiore.Cross the Arch and take the Via Casilina which you will find before you.The building is number 5U after the bingo;

With the Metro Underground from Termini Railway Station,take the Metro A line in the direction of Anagnina and get off at the San Giovanni stop.Follow on foot until Piazza Santa Croce in Gerusalemme.After a few meters pass the arch on the right and head left for Via Casilina and continue to number 5U.If you want to take the Metro B line,get off at Termini Railway Station,change to the Metro A and follow the above instructions.

Rental conditions:

For those apartments the required minimum booking period is 3 nights.Should you desire a shorter term contact us at info@romecapitalapartments.com.A deposit of € 200 will be requested upon arrival for each stay.The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartments and their content.Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette.In case the kitchenette is not left clean and neat,guests will be charged € 50 for the cleaning.
