I wanted to thank you for making our stay at the GREASE apartment a very nice one. I appreciate your patience with our flight delays and your willingness to accommodate and change our check in time at the apartment. I also want to thank Ms. Consolata for being so nice and waiting for our arrival. She was very kind and explained everything to us including where food stores were and other information. Let her know that we are very appreciative of her hospitality and made us feel very welcomed. The apartment was excellent. It had everything we needed, was very comfortable and it’s location was exceptional. It was very close to the Vatican, Metro, food stores and we were able to blend in with the locals. It was a premium place for the value and above all, we felt very safe. Again, my most heartfelt appreciation for all your services and help with our reservation arrangements and your hospitality. We enjoyed Italy and everyone made us feel welcome including Ms. Consolata and you. Gracie!
