The entire apartment is the solution for families and groups: an apartment for 8 people in Rome, at Via Lucca 12 in the Piazza Bologna area, just for you. Instead of booking several hotel rooms, you get a whole home with shared spaces where you can spend time together.
How the beds are arranged
There are 3 bedrooms: the Colosseum Room with a king-size bed, the Pantheon Room with a French double bed and private bathroom, and the Trevi Fountain Room with two single beds. In the large kitchen there is a double sofa bed for 2 more guests. In total up to 8 people can stay, with 2 bathrooms.
Terrace, kitchen and comfort
The 25 m² private terrace is furnished: perfect for dinner outdoors or for relaxing after a day exploring Rome. The large kitchen has a hob, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave and kettle.
Every bedroom has air conditioning and a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is free and fast throughout the apartment, and there is a washing machine, handy for longer stays. Sheets and towels are included.
Location and transport
Policlinico station on Metro Line B is 350 metres away, about a 4-minute walk. By metro you reach Termini Station in 2 stops and the Colosseum in 4 stops. Timetables and tickets are on the official ATAC website.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 2:30 pm and it is self check-in: you receive the instructions before arrival and let yourselves in, even late in the evening. Check-out is by 10:00 am.
